Required Financial Calculator
This course requires a financial calculator with a manual. The instructor is most familiar with and can provide video tutorials for the Texas Instruments BA II Plus financial calculator. The instructor is also familiar with the HP12C. You may use another financial calculator, but the instructor will not be able to answer questions regarding operation.

If you do not feel comfortable with a financial calculator for all topics, and you intend to sit for the CFP® exam, the instructor encourages you to purchase the above text. It does provide keystroke examples for the following calculators: HP 17BII, HP12C, HP10BII, TI BA II Plus, and Sharp EL 733A. You can purchase this text directly from the publisher by calling, (866) 963-8329. Previous editions are also available used from outside vendors, such as Amazon.
